Returns and Refund policy
Shipping
All domestic orders placed Monday-Friday will be packed and shipped by the second business day for in-stock items (Typically SAME DAY!), pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. International orders and orders containing out-of-stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but won’t necessarily be shipped out the next business day. If your order is backordered it will not ship until available (in inventory).
This policy excludes all orders placed on major US holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day as well as the week any trade shows we are attending similar to the MTE show).
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
If you are from any other country we will contact you following any order for clarity on shipping.
Returns Policy
You must return new items (Original Packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

International Orders
Product orders with a shipping address outside the USA are typically subject to Customs delays, tariffs, duties, or taxes at the port of entry. The shipping charges shown on your order at check-out time do not reflect any of these additional duties or taxes. In consideration for items being shipped outside the USA, you acknowledge and agree upon completion of your purchase that:
1) We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders that may be refused by customs.
2) You release us from any liability involved should the order result in being undeliverable due to number 1 above.
